Resources
Here are some resources I utilize for my own self care. I think you will find their work beneficial. I only provide the information of practitioners I have tried or use regularly.
Acupuncture
River Ridge Acupuncture Health & Injury Care is what I used to help with my wrist pain. Shane Berquist, LAc was very receptive and skilled in working with me. I highly recommend his services. Here is his website: https://riverridgeacu.com . You may schedule online.
Chiropractic
Dr. Amy Schreiner is one of the chiropractors I work with and who does my regular adjustments. If you are looking for a chiropractor in River Falls, I recommend you try her.

Halotherapy (Dry Salt Therapy)
The "Other Therapies" section of this website is for The Salt Cube LLC. This is a dry salt therapy located within the same office as Being Whole Massage and Horizon Family Chiropractic. Add on to a massage service and get a discount, or schedule separately. Schedule your appointment here: www.thesaltcubellc.com
Infrared Sauna/ Ionic Footbath
The "Other Therapies" section of this website is for The Salt Cube LLC. The infrared sauna and ionic footbath are located within the same office as Being Whole Massage and Horizon Family Chiropractic. Myofascial Release
Time to Relax??? in Hudson is owned and operated by Christine Ackermann. This is a massage modality that uses energetic holding rather than rubbing to help muscles release. It may be used in conjunction with or separate from most healing modalities. Here is her website: https://chrisa.massagetherapy.com
Referrals
If you are not getting what you need from me and would like to try another therapist, please let me know and I would be happy to refer you to other therapist that may better suit you.
